Human Resilience Index

About

Built as a system reading, not a personality test

The Human Resilience Index assesses whether people and teams have the psychological, social and operational resources required to anticipate pressure, adapt under disruption, recover after setbacks and learn from experience.

It does not rank people by toughness. It measures the interaction between human capacity and the conditions created by the organisation.

HRI is designed for organisational use: anonymous individual responses, aggregated team and unit profiles, and a clear distinction between what people can do and what the work system allows them to sustain.

The survey is the product. The public site stays on the surface. Deeper methodology remains internal and is shared when validation or partnership requires it.
